Firm Books: End-User License Agreement

Firm Books is an internal application operated by Ashford Sky CPA LLC ("Ashford Sky") for preparing and closing its own books and, where engaged, books of its clients. Access is limited to individuals Ashford Sky authorizes through its Microsoft sign-in. It is not offered to the public.

Use

Authorized users may connect a QuickBooks Online company and bank or card accounts they are entitled to access, review suggested categorizations, and post transactions to QuickBooks Online. Users are responsible for reviewing every transaction before it is posted.

No warranty

Suggestions, matches and categorizations are provided as aids and may be wrong. The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ashford Sky is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect QuickBooks Online at any time from the QuickBooks Apps page or by contacting Ashford Sky. Bank connections can be removed at any time from the Setup page, which also deletes the connection at Plaid.
